Refund & Return Policy
📦 Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
• The product must be in the same conditionas received.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
The following items are non-returnable:
• Opened perfume bottles or testers
• Customized or engraved items
• Gift cards
• Personal care products (e.g., body sprays, oils, etc.)
• Sale or discounted items
🔁 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted only in the following situations:
• Items with damaged packaging (not caused by misuse)
• Items returned in non-original packaging or with missing components
• Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
💳 Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time to post.
3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. These costs are non-refundable.
• If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• If returning an item worth more than ₹6,000 or $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. VR Perfumes is not responsible for items lost in transit.
